How is my request sent?

Submit the form to send your details to TrapSir through Shopify. Documents can be shared by link or emailed separately.

What makes an enquiry complete?

Include the company contact, SKU or technical brief, quantities, destination and intended use. A target delivery date helps scope the request.

Is submission a confirmed purchase?

No. A quotation, specification and applicable commercial terms must be accepted separately.

Are payment terms automatically approved?

No. Credit and net payment terms require a separate manual decision.

Can I include a drawing?

Include a reference document link in the custom or trade form, or email PDF, JPEG or SVG attachments separately with your company name and SKU.
