Provide the destination country, state or province, city, postal code and delivery access requirements. For project orders, indicate whether delivery is to a port, warehouse or business address.
Freight and import responsibilities
The approved quotation must state the delivery term and named place, freight inclusions, insurance, importer responsibilities, duties, taxes, customs charges and any last-mile charges. Do not assume DDP or door delivery.

Where are orders produced and dispatched?
This range is produced in China for made-to-order supply. Ocean freight is quoted for the agreed destination.
How long does delivery take?
Production, inspection, export preparation, sailing, clearance and final delivery are separate stages. Their timing is confirmed for each order.
Is door-to-door shipping included?
Only if included in the accepted quotation. Provide the full receiving address and clarify port delivery versus final-address delivery.
Who pays duties and clearance costs?
The quotation must identify the agreed delivery term, named place and importer responsibilities. These costs are not assumed to be included.
How should I report freight damage?
Record packaging condition, affected quantities and delivery evidence promptly. Responsibility is reviewed against the agreed terms, insurance and cause.
