1. Requirements
Submit the intended application, destination, drawings and estimated quantities.
2. Review
Check feasibility, permitted use, materials, manufacturing details and requested inspection evidence.
3. Quotation and sample
Agree the price, MOQ, freight, delivery terms and any sample or prototype stage.
4. Approval
Approve drawings, samples where applicable and commercial terms. Payment stages are defined in the approved quotation.
5. Production and shipment
Production, inspection and shipping follow the agreed order documents. Changes require written review.
