Credit against a bulk order
A possible sample credit is a commercial option for approval, not an automatic entitlement. Any amount, qualifying order and time limit must be agreed in writing.

Before you enquire
Can I order one sample before a bulk order?
Request the SKU, evaluation purpose and delivery address. Sample availability, price and freight need confirmation.
Is the sample cost credited against a bulk order?
Only if approved in writing with the qualifying order conditions. This is not an automatic refund or credit.
Is a custom prototype different from a standard sample?
Yes. A prototype requires a defined technical brief and feasibility review; engineering, prototype and freight charges are quoted separately.
Does sample approval replace a specification?
No. Record the approved sample reference alongside the written dimensions, tolerances, materials and acceptance criteria.
